MP Ravneet Bittu promises clean environment for Ludhiana

LUDHIANA: Member of Parliament and Congress candidate from Ludhiana constituency Ravneet Singh Bittu on Today went to Rakh Bagh on Wednesday Morning and shared his views with the people came for morning walk. Mr. Bittu has also welcomed the views of morning walkers at Rakh Bagh.

While talking to people at rakh bagh Bittu said he has made a promise to the city residents that he will give clean and pollution less environment to the city and he has already started work on it.

He further added that his aim is to provide all the facilities to the city residents that are important for healthy living.

Bittu emphasis on the pollution level in the city and said it is very unfortunate that the Ludhiana is in top position of most polluted cities of India and the pollution has been running the health of the people.

Bittu said, as per common saying ‘health is wealth’, to manage this wealth a safe and clean environment is necessary. Besides it he will try his best to give quality education, hospitals, water and sewerage and roads to the residents of the city.

Bittu also listened to the views and problems of the people and promised that their complaints would be addressed.

Bittu also went for a jog in Rakh Bagh. The others who were present with Mr. Bittu at Rakh Bagh were MLA Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Councilor Narinder Sharma Kala, Sunny Bhalla, KK Bawa, Surinder Aggarwal, Vinod Thapar, Satpal Beri and Pankaj Prabhakar.

Bittu along with former chairman of Improvement trust Surinder Aggarwal also held a meeting with Textile, Hosiery and traders associations. The associations complained about problems related taxes, power crisis and harassment by leaders of ruling SAD-BJP alliance.

Bittu told them that he is aware about the problems faced by businessmen and he would try his best to resolve the problems.Bittu further added that the industry not only give revenue to the government but also generate employment.

Chiding the SAD-BJP alliance Mr. Bittu said due to adverse policies of the state government it is near to impossible to run a business in Punjab and the policies have been affecting educated youth of the Punjab.
