Two Pak intruders shot dead by BSF,drug and mass killing weapon seized

AMRITSAR: Following the yesterday encounter of one Pakistan intruder at Indo –Pak Border besides recovery of drug worth Rs. 103 Crore, today two more Pakistani intruders were shot dead.

Confirming the killing two Pakistani intruders at Border Out Post Rattan Khurd, BSF DIG Mr. RPS Jaswal said that One AK47 Assault Rifle (meant for mass killing) and 12 kilogram heroin (drug) having street value Rs.60 crore were also seized near the bodies of killed Pakistani nationals.

Giving detail of incident Jaswal said that that when Pakistani intruders gained entry inside Indian territory were challenged by the BSF troops were repeatedly asked to surrender but they ignored warnings and kept marching towards Indian territory besides firing guns shots on BSF party, whereupon BSF aggressively retaliated and during cross firing intruders were shot dead.

Thereafter, a comprehensive search operation was launched on the spot by BSF, whereupon BSF succeeded to recover drug and ammunition.
However, BSF Official made it clear that Pak intruders were yet not identified. BSF may investigate the Indian contacts of Pak intruder who had brought drug consignment and Assault rifle for his Indian counterpart.
